He opened the doors to me, let me join a class I’d never taken, and encouraged to not quit even though I didn’t know what I was doing. He is a great instructor and an even better person. “I travel for work and WOD all over the country. Blue Ridge CF is one of my favorite boxes. Trainers have a positive attitude and always try to improve my skill set. I have been CFing for almost two years and they were still able to help me improve my deadlift and thruster form today. Good size box. Equipment is in good shape. “Our family moved to Fletcher 4 years ago after my husband Rick retired from the army. “I used to hate CrossTraining because everyone was talking about it 24/7 while i was pregnant but when my baby was born i decided to try it to lose the baby weight… And it Works!!! I saw inmediate results got pregnant inmediatly after that so im here for the second time working hard, my goal is to be a strong mom and i love the way im improving every day!
